Fook Yueng Chuan Association Basic Combat System Seminar in Coquitlam B.C. December 11th and 12th

Friday:

6 to 9pm Fook Yueng Chuan sticking and trapping arms and whole body. Will include a deep look into sticking legs techniques and drills. Suitable for everyone beginning to advanced.

Saturday:

10 a.m to noon Basic Combat System
1 to 3pm Intermediate Basic Combat System
5 to 7pm Advanced and Instructor Level BCS (invitation only)
Price: $100 dollars for Friday night, Saturday: $75 per session or $200 for a day pass

note: no video taping of the sessions

Womens Self-Defense Seminar

We will be holding a 3 hour Womens self-defense seminar on Saturday December 5th. The class size will be limited so reserve your spot early to insure availability. The seminar will be located at the Dance Theatre Northwest building, 501 N 10th St, St. Maries, ID 83861
