BCS Self Protection Course Beginning Thursday April 7, 2009 Sponsored by IFYCA and The Little Dojo
By the little dojo March 23, 2009
We will be starting the first BCS Self Defense classes beginning Thursday April 7, 2009. If you would like attend or to refer a friend to this class you are welcome to do so. It is called the BCS Self Protection Course. It is a 2 month course meeting two times per week for 55 minutes Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 5:30 to 6:30. The course investment is $295 for both months or $169 for just the first month. Participants will enjoy the class regardless of previous experience or physical conditioning. Benefits will include, a confidence based on actual physical skill and knowledge of how to conduct ones self before, during and after an attack, and the confidence one gets from getting in good physical condition. There are other classes out there that teach self defense for cheap but frankly are really not effective, as they are often treated as a lead into ”real” martial arts. This will teach real self defense, is fun, and will get results.
Tuition includes class, for both months, and tuition to 1 month of classes at the IFYCA School of your choice in the Walla Walla area for those who have decided that a martial arts path makes sense for you / them. There are three to choose from: The Little Dojo, The Beginners Mind Dojo, and True Spirit Martial Arts, and The Walla Walla Academy of Martial Arts.
The class will be tought by Master Instructor Steve Smith and Qualified BCS Instructors.
